First Fridays mean Yoga Nidra

Yoga Nidra is an ancient practice of guided meditation to deeply relax the layers of the self, or koshas.  Lie comfortably still while you move through relaxing the body, mind, and spirit to such a degree that “yogic sleep” is experienced.

From this place of deep theta brainwaves, healing, bliss, and profound connection are achieved.

It is said that one hour of Yoga Nidra practice can replace four hours of lost “regular” sleep!

Studio owner and Intuitive Facilitator of Transformation, Brittany, writes and guides original Yoga Nidra journeys at 7pm on the first Friday of each month, for the price of a regular yoga class ($12 each).
